The 2025-26 fiscal year is wrapping up, which means it’s time to start thinking about rollover to next year.  In addition to offering step-by-step guides, we will be hosting a live webinar to help with the yearly rollover process. We’ll talk about preparation steps before year end, offer tips about choices during the rollover, and answer questions.

This webinar will cover only the steps that can be completed before end-of-year data is finalized. Post-July 1st steps are simpler and we’re not planning a webinar about them.

For school districts in Illinois, the July and August teacher payrolls will need to be prepared ahead of time to ensure compliance with the July 10th submission deadline.  Remember that payments to TRS should be submitted between July 1st-10th!

 

 

Missouri districts will create extra payrolls dated in June 2026.
