We offer customized startup assistance to help new customers become successful.
Each new customer is assigned an individual Common Goal Systems Specialist who will guide your school/district
through the startup process. The continuity of a named person ensures rapid implementation and familiarity
with your unique needs. Your SmartStart Specialist will follow a process we've refined through hundreds
of new customer implementations.
Training
Get the training you need in the way that makes sense. We offer many kinds of training to
meet customers' different needs. For onsite training, our trainer can come to your facility and
deliver our standard training materials to your staff. We offer this same training at public facilities
throughout the year. This can be more cost effective for training a few people.
We also have free online training available 24/7 - learn from top experts at your convenience.
Customer Support
