Common Goal Systems Announces SchoolInsight Availability in Oklahoma

Elmhurst, IL (September 2, 2011) – Common Goal Systems a leading provider of web-based products for education, announces it has entered the Oklahoma market with its student information system, SchoolInsight for the 2011-12 school year. SchoolInsight is a comprehensive system currently used by thousands of schools across the country, and has been tailored to the specific needs of Oklahoma.

"SchoolInsight is a great fit for Oklahoma school districts," says Mike Xakellis, CEO for Common Goal Systems. "It's designed for small-to-medium sized districts, which are very common in the state. Our software is easy-to-use and implement, and doesn't contain the complexity of large district systems. We're excited to offer a high-quality alternative to Oklahoma districts."

Oklahoma school districts can select any student information system that's certified with the Schools Interoperability Framework (SIF) version 2.0r1 and "The Wave."

Common Goal Systems (www.common-goal.com) provides web-based services to help educators work more efficiently. In addition to SchoolInsight, it also develops TeacherEase, one of the first web-based gradebooks. Using the Software as a Service (SaaS) model, the company offers its products via the Internet and is responsible for all system operation and maintenance. Founded in 2001, Common Goal Systems has hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.
