TeacherEase Support for E-Learning Plans
In response to the growing coronavirus health crisis and school closings across the nation, districts are developing e-learning plans. Common Goal Systems would like to help our customers meet this challenge. Approximately 80% of our user base also uses Google Suite and Classroom. We’ve heard many of you are using Google in your e-learning plans. For these customers, we’d like to make a positive contribution to your efforts.
Last summer, we built a Google Classroom integration for TeacherEase. We can push rosters into Google Classroom, to simplify setup. We can also automatically pull assignments and scores from Google Classroom into TeacherEase, reducing double-entry of data. We think this useful feature would support our customers’ new e-learning plans. Please see our previous news article for more specific features and details:
Google Classroom Integration: Phase II Released
The Google Classroom integration is available only to customers who’ve purchased full TeacherEase subscriptions. If you have a “Gradebook-only” subscription, then this functionality is not accessible to you. To help our “Gradebook-only” customers navigate the current crisis, we’d like to offer a free upgrade to full TeacherEase through 6/30/2020. We hope this small contribution helps you during this trying time.
